How the 30 Day Free Trial Works
Sign up for one of our paid plans and you'll automatically start with your 30 Day Free Trial. Use the app as much as you want and if you like it, then just sit back and you're good to go!
However, if you decide Notable isn't right for you at the moment, just downgrade your plan to our Free option. Downgrade before your trial period expires and we won't charge you a dime!
Unfortunately, if you're billed after your 30 Day Free Trial and then downgrade, we can't provide a refund or prorate for services.
Do I get a 30 Day Free Trial if I upgrade from Free?
Sad news, but the 30 Day Free Trial is only reserved for new users who sign up to try one of our paid plans. If you are an existing user on a Free plan, you'll be charged when you upgrade.
You can downgrade your 30 Day Free Trial or paid plan at any time, so taking advantage of the trial period is a win-win!
Is there a contract involved?
Nope, Notable is a pay-as-you-go service with no contracts. Pay month-to-month, and if you decide to downgrade, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again.
Are there per-user fees?
Nope. The prices you see above are all inclusive.
How can I pay for Notable?
Pay for Notable on our secure server with your Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. Please contact support@notableapp.com if you have questions regarding alternative purchasing options.
Can I arrange a yearly subscription?
Absolutely! Please contact us at support@notableapp.com for more information. Yearly payments can be made via credit card or check. We also accept wire transactions.
Do you offer Educational or Non-Profit Pricing?
Yes, we offer a 40% discount with proof of 501 (c) or university enrollment or employment. Please contact us at support@notableapp.com for more information.
Can I change plans at anytime?
Sure thing! If you're the account plan owner, simply click on the "Account: [name]" on your dashboard to see your options from the Billing tab.
